Welcome!

The Potter’s House Church

A Bible-based, Spirit-filled, Non-denominational Christian ministry with a passion to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Worship services follow a contemporary style in a casual environment where you’ll hear relevant messages for everyday life. Our warm, friendly congregation has been serving the Mission area for more than 11 years.

Our Pastor

Pastor Chris Snyder pioneered the Mission, BC Potter’s House in 2009. Chris and his wife Anissa, were launched out of the Canadian leadership church in Chilliwack, BC. Since that time the congregation has been involved with serving and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in the community. The Potter’s House in Mission is part of a world wide fellowship called Christian Fellowship Ministries based in Prescott, Arizona.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our pastor and congregation count it a privilege to welcome you to our church, and minister to your spiritual needs. Services begin with praise and worship that will ready your heart for the preaching of God’s Word. After prayer requests and opening the service in prayer, we take an offering to honor the Lord. Announcements are followed by the biblical preaching of God’s Word and an altar call.We are excited to welcome you to The Potters House and look forward to meeting you in person.
The Potter’s House Christian Fellowship Church is a nonprofit charity, all contributions made are tax deductible. Online giving allows you to submit your tithe and world outreach commitments. We extend our utmost gratitude in advance for your charitable contribution to The Potter’s House Church.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

Evangelism: The Gospel taken outside the four walls is the absolute foundation of our church, in obedience to Mark 16:15 And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature’… We emphasize personal evangelism, and a large variety of outreaches to share the Gospel.

Conversion:  The Gospel has the power to save and transform lives. 1 Peter 1:23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.

The Local Church: God has placed everything necessary to accomplish His will in the setting of the local church. Ephesians 1:22-23 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all’. God’s will is accomplished in us, and through us as we connect and commit ourselves to a local church.

Discipleship:  Training and equipping is within the setting of a local church. Therefore, the highest calling of a Pastor and congregation is to obey

God’s command in Matthew 28:19-20, ‘Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.’

Church Planting: The result of disciples being raised up is that they be released into the harvest field. Matthew 9:37-38 ‘Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.’ We send couples to plant brand new congregations, with the aim of seeing people enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

World Evangelism: From the earliest Bible record, God’s vision is worldwide testimony and impact. The gospel message is relevant in every nation and culture of the world. Our job as believers, in the local church, is to pray, train, invest, send and support workers to go into all the world!
